Convenient and the best location in Riyadh, near to a demanding market, the the garden, and Hilton Garden Inn for over a year now. For tea or coffee visit W Xyz Lounge nearby. Comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room.

The hotel was reasonably priced and perfect, as expected. The location of the property was ideal as we were so close to Hilton Garden Inn and the centre of Olaya where where all the businesses are located.

Really enjoyed the place, had a fairly nice stay on business trip. The room was to be upgraded with new windows for sound proofing and available with bathtub.

We loved the hotel's central location, which provided us easy access to all businesses in this city. The breakfast was filling and satisfying, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially Mr. Nour, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel staf where so helpful and very profichinal and the room was quite and clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect every thing is close to you offcourse by car. The free WIFI service was fast and easy to acces . I will diffinatly come back again.

Value for money (Compared to other 5 star hotels)...

When you see the hotel from outside, you wouldn't expect to see luxury from the inside... To get to the Hotel, you definitely need to drive through the jammed traffic of either Olaya, King Fahad Road, or Khurais... Their coffee bar staff near the reception area are the lousiest I've seen compared to it's peers...

The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, and the customer service was top-notch. The location was near to key sites and attractions, making it a great base for exploring. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

The plumbing in the room detracted from the experience, and there was an unpleasant smell as a result. the cleaning could have been more thorough, as there were a few issues that were not addressed during my stay.
